Spicy sweet potatoes

This recipe is courtesy of Varsha J Chawla (my mother-in-law, I’m not giving myself credit here
). This is super easy to make, very healthy and satisfying too!
Ingredients
2 sweet potatoes
2 tablespoons chunky chaat masala (available at Indian grocery stores)
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste
some hot chili sauce
Directions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Cut the sweet potatoes in bite-size pieces and toss with some salt and olive oil. Bake for about 30 minutes and remove from the oven. Let cool for a few minutes and top with some chunky chaat masala and a little bit of spicy chili sauce. Enjoy!
