Spicy Turkey Sliders
We made these sliders for family on a surprisingly warm winter day. Kudos to Anil for grilling these to perfection!
Ingredients (For about 10-12 sliders)
1 lb ground turkey
1 cup of panko style breadcrumbs
1/2 medium onion, finely chopped

This is a great week-day recipe. Frozen cauliflower and peas make this super simple since there is hardly any cutting work required.

1/2 bag (1/2 lb) frozen cauliflower
