Asparagus and Goat Cheese Pie
Ok, so I cheated on this one and used Alton Brown’s Refrigerator Pie recipe, found here: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/alton-brown/refrigerator-pie-recipe/index.html. Instead of his suggestions, I added some blanched asparagus, tomato-basil goat cheese, and crushed red pepper. The result was as good as it sounds!
