Szechuan Tofu Stir-fry
Ingredients
1 package of extra firm tofu, shallow fried
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1 package bean sprouts
1/2 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 green chili, chopped
1 tablespoon of chili sauce
1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste
3 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of vegetable boullion powder
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon of corn starch (optional)

Directions
Shallow fry the tofu until golden brown and set aside. Heat olive oil, vegetable boullion, green chili, and ginger-garlic paste on medium heat. Saute for about a minute, then add onion, bell peppers, and bean sprouts. Saute for 3 minutes on high heat, then add black pepper, tomato sauce chili sauce, and soy sauce. Saute for 5 minutes on high heat. If thicker sauce is desired, add corn starch mixed with a little bit of water. Serve hot with white rice.
