Hi! I came across your blog through one of my best friends, Pooja. (Both of us went to high school with your husband.) I run a food blog too, and I LOVE these kind of shortcuts I try to force myself to eat kale due to an eye issue, and this looks like a great way to sneak it into something I’d eat anyway.
